Producing the finest cacao

Our Process

Cacao beans are the key ingredient in chocolate production. The beans come from the fruit of the cacao tree, which is native to tropical climates in South America and Africa. Cacao trees need warm temperatures and a lot of rainfall to thrive, and they typically only grow in areas that lie within 20 degrees of the equator. Once the cacao fruit is harvested, the beans must be fermented and dried before they can be used to make chocolate.

Our cacao is sourced from only the finest growers in South America, and our Direct Trade program ensures that farmers are paid a fair price for their beans.

The result is a bean of unparalleled quality, with a rich flavor and complex aroma that will elevate your chocolate creations to new heights.

Our process of producing chocolate from cacao beans results in a delicious treat that can be enjoyed by people all over the world.

We produce chocolate for some of the largest companies in the world. Every day, we process hundreds of pounds of cacao beans into delicious chocolate that is used in everything from cookies and cakes to ice cream and Belgian truffles.
